Dear clients, friends and family,
In light of the rapidly evolving situation with the COVID-19 virus, we have enacted our firm’s Business Continuity Plan. Our firm remains fully operational to continue supporting our clients during this unprecedented time. The majority of our team, except for a limited in-office presence, will be working remotely until further notice. Our accountants remain fully accessible by phone and email when working remotely, and our staff is also available for client needs. If at all possible, please email or mail your information, but if you require drop off, please come to either of the upper side doors and knock for assistance.
The Department of Treasury has currently moved Tax Day from 4/15 to 7/15. All taxpayers and businesses will have this additional time to file and make payments without interest or penalties. Be assured that we are staying informed on these matters, and as more information becomes available, we will provide updates.
Also, we are currently monitoring the various relief packages and stimulus bills that Congress has been discussing. We anticipate certain relief from the IRS and will communicate that information once authoritative guidance has been issued by the IRS.
Most importantly, we are thinking of you, your family and our community as we all navigate this together. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 865-690-7010 or email@example.com.
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and look forward to our continued partnership both during and after this crisis. We hope you all remain healthy and safe.
